Job Description
Triple R Logistics is hiring CDL-A OTR company drivers for Step Deck, Flatbed, and Dry Van freight across the continental United States. The position is 1099 and all miles are paid.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- For Step Deck / Flatbed work: minimum 3 months verifiable experience with Step Deck, Flatbed, RGN, Double-Drop, or similar equipment.
- Maximum 1 moving violation or 3 points on your license.
- No failed or refused drug tests.
- Minimum SAP requirement: Step 6 Completed: All Follow-Ups Done.
What the Company Offers
- Step Deck / Flatbed starting at $0.70 CPM.
- Dry Van starting at $0.60 CPM.
- All miles paid.
- Paid weekly by direct deposit.
- Monday payroll cutoff with direct deposit the following Friday by end of day, unless affected by a federal holiday.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus for Step Deck / Flatbed drivers, paid as $1,000 every 3 months over one year.
- OTR lanes across the continental United States.
- No NYC.
- 53' Step Deck, Flatbed, and Dry Van trailers.
- Some Step Deck / Flatbed loads require tarping.
- Power units 2 years old or newer.
- Automatic transmission.
- Motive ELD with tablet provided.
- Road-facing camera only.
